It's a Corn Ball Christmas...

So we have been planning to buy our cute little kitty a santa outfit for our, "Christmas Family Portrait" and this year we finally did :D

This is purely out of humor and us not taking ourselves seriously one bit. Despite how coo-coo crazy his eyes look, he was actually purring while this photo was being taken. for real. haha

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

My husband and I went to The Nutcracker last night and it was every bit as magical as I had imagined it to be. The stage sets where so wonderful, the music perfect and I was in constant awe of the ballerinas ability to make balancing on the very tips of their toes look effortless. Upon arriving back home after the ballet, I found myself attempting to plie' around our apartment, much to the amusement of my husband. :)

Every Christmas we have been getting a special ornament for our tree. This year it was from The Nutcrackers gift shop! I can't wait till our tree is filled with 50+ special little ornaments that bring back happy memories of the past.

Loving any excuse to dress up, I was thankful to finally be able to wear this great thrifted, muted black sequined front mini dress! Gotta feel pretty while watching such a beautiful ballet..

This weekend was a good one, did some Christmas shopping for my sweet man today..so we finally have some gifts under our tree!  Have a good week everybody!

Placebo

Listening to Placebo takes me back to when I was 15; confused, rebellious and trying to find my place in this weird world. Watching their videos makes me wonder how and why I used to dig Brian Molko's androgynous look...one may never know. haha. 

Anyhow, this song is especially great in my opinion and though I haven't listened to them much within the past few years, I still really enjoy them whenever I do...
